These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Dwellvoice (the "Service"), operated by MAKSYM VOITSEKHIVSKYI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.
Dwellvoice connects to your Google Business Profile listings and generates and, where authorized, publishes replies to customer reviews on your behalf. Dwellvoice also provides periodic reports summarizing review activity across your connected locations.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business whose Google Business Profile(s) you connect to the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service is billed per connected location on a monthly or annual basis, at the rate shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as merchant of record for all purchases.
Reviews rated 4 stars and above may be replied to automatically without individual human review. Reviews rated 3 stars and below are drafted by the Service and require your explicit approval before publication, unless you elect otherwise in your account settings. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any content published to your Google Business Profile through the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is false, defamatory, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable law, including fair housing laws where applicable to your industry. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used in violation of this section.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific increase in ratings, reviews, occupancy, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
